If, it's a boss, a man you don't know so much, say :

Vous n'avez rien à faire pour moi

The same for the other :

Tu n'as pas besoin de faire quelque chose pour moi

Vous n'avez pas besoin de faire quelque chose pour moi

(si c'est pour remercie, etc)

Or

Tu n'as pas besoin de faire n'importe quoi

Vous n'avez pas besoin de faire n'importe quoi

(if it's a gentleman.. like that)

you don't have to do anything for me ==> tu ( ou vous ) n'a (ou n'avez ) pas à faire quelque chose pour moi

you don't need to do anything for me ==> tu (ou vous) n'a ( ou n'avez ) pas besoin de faire quelque chose pour moi

vous (tu) n' êtes pas obligé(s) de faire quoi que ce soit pour moi !

vous n' avez pas besoin de faire quoi que ce soit pour moi ! la première phrase implique une obligation très forte ! la seconde laisse la liberté de faire ou non !! = il n' est pas indispensable que vous fassiez !

de preference ne faite rien pour moi

1) "vous ne pouvez rien faire pour moi"

2) "vous n'avez pas besoin de faire quoi que ce soit pour moi"

You don’t have to do anything for me»= « You don’t need to do anything for me»

but if you want to say: you dont do anything for me so your traduction Tu n'as pas faire quelque chose pour moi. its correct

You can just say it in English and as long as you say it really loud, they'll understand!
