What happened to the spell check feature here on Yahoo Answers?

I've been answering questions most of the afternoon and it was a little while ago when I answered a question that I came across the new format and noticed that there was no spell check option. Hopefully - WAIT A MINUTE ... just now while I was answering this question I misspelled a word and a balloon with a picture of a pencil with an eraser on the end popped up with the message "Oops! It looks like you have 1 misspelling(s). Open Spell Checker." Also, when I used my caps a moment ago, another balloon popped us with the message, "Did you leave the Caps Lock key on? Using all caps can be perceived as shouting..."

So I guess the answer to your question is yes we still have Spell Check and that Yahoo is also using a new format designed to help or "prompt" users to use Spell Check. I started to fool around a little bit to see what other messages would pop up and apparently Yahoo is also concerned with grammar and punctuation!

There are still a few glitches, but I think we are still in the middle of the changes that Yahoo is making.

I did not use caps because I was yelling, but to get your attention because when the first balloon popped up it surprised me and I had the answer to your question - which was also my question.

No, it's even gotten worse! When you misspell something, a big fat pencil pops up telling you that you've just created a typo, even when you write something a little differently on purpose or when you use a word which the dictionary doesn't recognise because it's from a foreign language. YA also now has a grammar pop-up which is annoying the hell out of me since I know exactly why I write something the way I do. I don't need YA to tell me "seems like you used too much punctuation" - if I use extra commas, I do that on purpose too!

It now pops up automatically, IF you make a spelling mistake. It shows up on the right.

Wen you typpe in you are anser or qwestion, its their abuve it. Juts clik on "Check Spelling", okya? Actually, for those who would not have the fairway checkbox, it sort of feels you are now not on my own. It comes and is going for a few customers; perhaps Yahoo glitch, perhaps depends upon your browser?

Geez... you didn't notice a million others have asked that same question? SPELL CHECK IS THERE!!! And even better than it was.

It will pop up if you make a mistake.
