Finding Property owner or DBA contact info.

I am looking for contact information for the owner of a property that I am involved in a legal dispute with. The assessor's office has a company name, but I cannot find any contact information for them. I am thinking they are a DBA of another business. Is there a place to find what company an DBA belongs to?

    Number ! - what you are wanting to do, is not legal - if you want to call them....IF they are on a DNC List - you can get fined.....That is a Do Not Call List. You will need to register for a DNC registry and "wash the phone numbers" in order to call them.
