No way...a world with no rules is totally chaos. Everybody will just do anything they want, even to the point of hurting or even killing people. Even now that we have rules to follow the world is still not at peace. People are corrupt and evil, only few you can say have good intentions. How much more if every bad doings are out in the open and nobody would just care then i guess you can't call it a place to live in.

No, I think without rules the world would go corrupt. People would stop being polite, and start being real (Yes, I realize I'm quoting The Real World). Without rules, criminals would be able to roam free, killing everyone in their paths if they wish. Think of it as a board game: If we can't accept and play by the rules, it always ends up unfair, unjust, and meaningless.
