i personally think Shields camp over reacted to a common practice in mma and that is asking for a rematch in the post fight interview. Mayhem was being Mayhem and Melendez freaked out, apparently they don't think Shields can fight his own battles. what do you all think?

i was pondering this the other day, for those of us out there who grapple what do u ware for a shirt when u grapple. in my gym its a spread so just wondering what its like outside of my Dojo. and which do you recommend.

ive been training for a few months now in this MMA gym and my flexibility has gotten so much has improved exponentially but i want to keep improving, i have all the stretches i need i just want to know how often? i only train 3 days a week. be for i train i stretch but not much more then that.

any one else think this is the end of the road for kimbo? ok he fought a dude a weight class below him who isn't exactly known for anything more then kimbo is throwing bombs and some times they land. if kimbo goes in there with any fighter at heavy weight he wont win unless he continues to improve at a exponential rate. (agree disagree thoughts?)

roy nelson did exactly what he said he would do and proved he is here to fight though i don't believe he has proved he could be a top 5 fighter or anything like that (yet) but i think he is going to be a force. (agree disagree thoughts)

why is it that yahoo mma articles literally have nothing about roy winning but they have 3 articles about kimbo and his mediocre performance. not one says "new Ultimate fighter" not even a quick mention. i think that is ridiculous even if they wanted to do the articles for kimbo that's fine but at least say "hey roy nelson won" lol?(agree disagree thoughts)

i was/am a huge kimbo doubter but i was a little impressed that he learned some good ground game/wrestling though in my opinion it only went as well as it did for him because he was noticeable bigger then Houston. he might have cut to 212 but come fight time he was back to 230 (he noted in a article it takes no time for him to gain weight back) and Houston was 208 and that was his natural weight. that is a huge difference. (agree disagree thoughts)

its basically common knowledge that if some one goes kimbo will come back. and i get that its for the ratings but how can they justify it. he didn't show anything in his fight. kimbo got plowed over completely taken out of his game and played exactly the way roy said he would beat him. i like kimbo as a dude but there have been guys who have put on better shows then kimbo this season.

i believe personally justin deserves to get pulled back in he made it farther and put on the best showing so far(and lost) and was able to keep it standing against roy like he wanted a place where kimbo failed.

so how could they justify it?

what mouth guard would u suggest for striking. i have a good mouth guard for grappling but i need a striking mouth guard.

what ones would u suggest? (from experience)

how does signing and paying a tomato can like kimbo do any thing for the sport?

how does letting a fighter like hendo go do anything for the sport other then save a few bucks in the full spectrum of things?

how about this Dana, put hendo in the cage with kimbo and let them fight (i know they are different weight classes) and when hendo stomps kimbo into the cage so hard gold teeth are laying all over the arena then you can give the deserving fighter the contract.

i realize this was a rant but i am honestly asking the question, What is dana thinking and do u think his recent actions are good for the sport?

as some one who appreciates wrestlers and BJJ specialists i actually enjoyed the fight with roy and completely agree with the stoppage. i have noticed though that a lot of people are ragging on roy for exploiting a "loophole". let me ask all of u this. if roy went out and threw bombs and got K.Oed that would have been dumb, if roy teed off on kimbos head and broke his hand he would have been dumb. so because he did the right thing preserved himself in the fight and still dominated kimbo he did something wrong?

i noticed basketball players waring a plastic mask over their noses. i was wondering if any one could shed some light on what its for? i had assumed it was to protect their nose but i really just don't know. thanks in advance.

this question was asked in my psych class and i wondered what the general opinion would be.

motocross honestly saved my life. i was in a dark place as a kid, and the first time i got on a bike it made that all go away. racing gave me the discipline to do well in school and kept me in good shape. i love this sport and everything it represents and i will be involved one way or another till i die. a crash i was in (well a lot of crashes) also instilled my faith in god because i should have died so many times.

so what does motocross mean to you? how has it changed your life?
