MMA gear what would u suggest?

im starting out in a new MMA school (Budo Jiu-Jitsu in NY) and i need

to start accumulating some gear.

Head gear (good nose protection is really important)

shin pads

grappling gloves (7 ounce)

cup (i already have one im looking at can you let me know if its any good? http://www.mmawarehouse.com/Shock-Doctor-Ultra-LAX...

reasonably priced mouth piece.

anything else you guys can suggest as for as gear goes i would really appreciate thanks.

7 ounce minimum on the gloves

    For gloves get 16 ounce sparring gloves those are the best and safest to work with. Umm the brand of the gloves I suggest Windy and thats pretty much it your all set

    for gloves im 13 and i train with 10-14 ounces depends what is most comfortable for you.

    head gear tabo search it on google they have really cool head gear,and mouthpieces, gloves.
