Pump up music befor grappling?

my girlfriend comes to with me to ever training session and its a 20 minute drive and she wants to make me a few CDs and i covered the major bands im into. so what would u guys suggest?

anything that pumps u up, im into heavy metal but im open to everything but rap so any suggests help thanks.

    I actually meditate before competition which seems to help me quite a bit. Sometimes even before training I swear I absorb more.
