Rash guard, T-shirt, Shirt less?
i was pondering this the other day, for those of us out there who grapple what do u ware for a shirt when u grapple. in my gym its a spread so just wondering what its like outside of my Dojo. and which do you recommend.
i ware a rash guard (reference picture on left lol)

Depends on what I am doing.
If I am training for a fight I don't wear a top. Normally I wear a worn out tee,one that is already ripped, lol.
I do some gi stuff as well for more self defense orientated stuff.
It just depending on what I am training.
Many different people wear many different things here as well

I do BJJ so rash guards really help during gi training to prevent gi burns (which suck), so much friction really doesnt feel well on your skin. And they wick up sweat and moisture really well. If you want a good one i suggest getting Under Armor, their gear never disappoints. As far as long sleeves are concerned that depends on what your comfortable in.
