I just do not know how Kyle would be as a crew chief. I think the two would not get along (Kyle as crew chief and Jr. as driver.)

Maybe Kyle would teach him to have no fear. I think that is one of the unique things about his (Kyle's) driving.

Edit: Or he would say (Kyle as chief to Jr.) don't worry about making the car fit, it will fit, just get to the front. I do not mean that in a condescending fashion.

If Kyle was Jr's crew chief....

it depends on if Kyle likes to pee in his firesuit. If your going to be speaking in hypothetical terms the results are going to be either better or worse depending on how much they like or dislike Kyle. I notice you even predetermined a bashing here, by posting a "no bashing" warning in your extra details. I was tempted to either bash the situation into dust, which would be dissing NASCAR. Or I was going to build Junior up to look like the best driver, which would be slightly inmature. Love this question gloria!! It's great! Okay here goes: Kyle would be yelling and jumping up and down telling Jr to quit being so damn nice and start driving like he stole it!! I can't quit laughing cause I'm picturing this in my head what a site that would be!!

Don't get me wrong here, I pull for Jr as well as Kyle and think they are both great drivers..this was fun

I don't think it would work. Their history together isn't pretty & they are 2 very different guys and I think they would butt heads all the time. Junior isn't agressive and Kyle is so of course Kyle would push Junior to get more aggressive, I don't know how Junior would take that. Then again maybe it would open the door that Junior needs to have opened so he can get more aggressive in his driving. Sometimes I do wish he could be just a little rougher, not extreme just a bit.

Kyle knows as much or more than any other NASCAR driver about the fine details of a car, so he could make good adjustments. However the combination would fail because Jr. has a problem with authority (Tony Jr., Teresa, Dale Sr.)

I really don,t think that Jr. has any big issues..He,s doing better than previuos years...Sure he,d like a win...Or the cup...Face it this year is alot better than the before!!!!I don,t think that making Kyle his crew chief would make any difference...
