Ok, so, if I get a blackberry..unlocked.. I am told I can use it with Fido.
Now, it has wifi, so I was wondering, is it like how the iphone/itouch is?
Where you can pick up the internet if you're getting onto unlocked wireless networks? Because with my itouch, I can get someone else's wifi for free....as long as it is not locked. Is the blackberry like that as well?
Or would I have to get a monthly data plan ?

oh, sweet. haha thats what i do with my itouch if i can get onto an unlocked one..
i would sell it for an iphone but the plans in toronto are ridiculous...just too much for nothing lol

yes you can. it can tap into someone else's wifi if their internet is unlocked. i know this because i am an owner and im always on the net with my phone. its great. the best thing is its like a computer you can hack into someone elses internet wireless router and stuff too. its complete functional. its free and no data plan needed. any questions feel free to ask. i know EVERYTHING about it like tricks to make it last longer etc.
