Make sure you don't have a partical blockage if you have small children check there toy box. Have pulled toys, bars of soap you name it from a toilet. Check the water level in bowl adjust to water line mark on inside tank. Look in tank flush toilet look at flapper if when you push down on flush handle and flapper doesn't stay up and let most of the water to empty in bowl replace weak flapper. Look at flush valve make sure the little 1/4 inch diameter plastic line is in the 3/4 inch pipe next to the flapper. If toilet tank parts are good then it is in your line. Get a toilet auger and auger out toilet. As long as the rest of the house is flowing good it is more than likely in the toilet S trap.
Good Luck. and happy hunting.

Check the sewer vent line. It is a pipe running up inside the wall and through the roof directly above the bathroom. It may be blocked by insect or bird nests.

I think you should call a plumber to come and help you if you aren't very good with fixing things like that. And they would probably do the best job
