For the last one:
That girl looks familiar = Namumukhaan ko ang babaeng 'yun
it looks like i've seen her before in TV = tila (or parang) nakita ko na siya (dati) sa TV
i don't really know = hindi ako segurado (this means, i'm not sure; the literal translation of "i don't...know" is "hindi ko talaga alam" or "ewan ko talaga")
But she looks very pretty = pero ang ganda niya.

Who is that? = "Sino ba iyan?" or "Sino ba iyon?" (depends on location)
