Try posting on craigslist. You will probably have better luck

If you have not done so already, I would go to CraigsList.com and search around on there for people looking for roomies. There's a whole Denver section that covers Denver and other areas of Colorado. Just click the city at the far right.
Just be very very careful when posting here or there or whatever. I'm sure you know there are some freaks out there.
