Since my house doesn't have a pantry I group like things together in the cabinets. In the top left are my seasonings, The top right is snacks, The mid left cabinet in lunch stuff like ramen noodles peanutbutter, tuna fish and such. the mid right are canned veggies, the bottom left is breakfast and the bottom right is dinner items like hamburger helper, spaghitti sauces, gravy for hot roast beef sandwiches. It all depends how you want to reach stuff. Snacks up higher so kiddos won't see them spice one shelve below because kids tend to pour them on the floor, and the order after that is up to you.

Put frequently used items, like cereal and bread, up front where they can be reached easily. I stack soup cans on top of each other so they take up less space and can still read the labels. Go to a dollar store or a walmart and buy cheap plastic baskets for storing smaller items, like spices or pouches. Products that don't get used a lot should be keep on higher shelfs or in the back.
