can some1 offer chinese language help!!!!

if theres any1 who can read chinese, please i need to download some software online urgently, and its only available at this chinese link:

so if u please cud translate for me and figure a way out for me to download it,

also if regstration needed would you help me out with this??? please??

    Just click in that botton down "下。。。” in the middle! then will open one window to save! its done!

    There are many chinese translating websites available online. The best one for you my friend would be GOOGLE's Translation page. You can translate chinese to english and vice versa. Almost any language. Go to www.google.com/translate_t.
