Sprint Upgrade but only 6 months into contract means not eligable for the discount?
I've been with Nextel for about 9 years and want to get teligibleprint Instinct. However I am only 6 months into my current 2 year contract. Sprint told me I cannot get the $200.00 discount off the new phone unless my contract is farther into the 2 years. Is this true? Is there any way around this? I want the phone for the $130.00 or whatever it is but Im not goin to pay $300 for it.

i are past your eligibility for an upgrade. u would have to pay 450 to get the instinct
