Santa Monica Beachfront House
I'm looking for a broker or seller or listings for Santa Monica, CA; beachfront houses. All I can found is the old listings and commercial pages. Can you please help me?

There are very few houses in SM directly on the beach (though there are some with killer views of the ocean up on the buffs), so finding one will be a bit of a challenge. Beach front homes are on the PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) in Pac Pal and Malibu, in Venice, and on the Strand in Manhattan Beach & Hermosa. The for-sale signs I see most frequently are from Sotheby and Hilton & Hyland, so I would check out their sites. Realtor.com is a site with listings from multiple agents. My parents are house-hunting right now, and it seems to have a ton of listings.
If you are just wanting to rent a place I would check Craigslist or Westside Rentals. Good luck!
