Vitamin E is good. You have to pierce the capsule with a pin, and sqeeze the liquid out of the capsule and put it on the site where the scar is. Also, drug stores sell a cream that is supposed to get rid of scars and blemishes. I don't think it is too expensive. I forgot the name, but if you ask in the drugstore they will know what you are talking about. Good Luck, it happens to everyone so don't feel alone.

You should use this stuff called Mederma it takes away new scars and old scars. You should rub it on the scars 3-4 times a day for 8 weeks and WALA! your scars are gone forever.And i no that it doesnt work very quickly but it does trust me i burnt my forhead wit a straightener n my scar went away.

OKAY! i have THE EXACT SAME THING! try diffrent kinds of Oil, Some places like Bath and Body Works have oils there that might be of help! really any kind of oils help heal acne scars, what i do is i put my ance stuff on it and then i use the oil. and it helps alot. but until you get oil, just try lotion. =) hope this helps!
