I put grated mozzarella on crusty baguette bread and broil it for several minutes on top of my homemade French onion soup...
I like a couple of slices of provolone in my turkey sandwich...
We also put fresh grated Parmesan on our spaghetti and meatball dinner that we have every Wednesday night.
