Piano Method Books for Beginners?
Just wondering what you guys recommend. I am just beginning teaching, and I wanted some opinions on the best ones to use.

My piano teacher used Alfred's piano series (http://www.methodbooks.com/store/alfred/index.htm)... They seemed to work well enough for me and my siblings. I don't know what else is out there, but that website (http://www.methodbooks.com/store/index.htm) seems to have several other series that you may also want to look at.

I teach piano lessons to children and use the Alfred books. Alfred does have an adult series.
