I suggest free ad’ sites such as http://www.sellit-right.com/ – urls are allowed (some ad’ sites don’t allow url’s and more).
You can create a blog and allow feedback / comments etc.
Use blog orgs. Like http://www.blogger.com/
Offline:
Offline advertising is just as beneficial as online;
Word of mouth
Create a logo and put on you vehicles etc.
