Is there a way to trace the web sites?

Is there a way to trace the web sites someone has surfed, even if they are deleted, such as using the "tools " section to erase?

I need to know what's going on and it's important I know if there is a way.

    I'm not sure, and I doubt it, but one thing that will probably still be around is the persistent cookies from those sites that use them. You can either do it the hard way by looking through the cookie directory/ies used by Aiyee! or, in the event they were visited by Firefox, use the Tools->Options menu to view the cookies.
