HAVE AN ELTRICAL problem anyone have any ideas

let the car sit car turns over i turn the head lights on and off then the car starts after a little bit the temp guage pegs then go"s back down this is a 96 dodge neon

    Crazy electrical Problems .I have found a bad ground to make multi problems, Check the ground cable, both ends.
