mira vas hacer esto vete a panel de control luego dale clic en opciones de carpeta luego te va abrir un ventana chica qe dice opciones de carpeta de ahi le das clic en la pestaña ver de ahi te vas a configuracion avanzada y marcas la opcion Mostrar todos los archivos y carpetas ocultos y listo podras entrar ah las carpetas restringidas
