what color dish towels should I buy?

My kitchen is light tan w/ warm maple cabinets. Dark granite Black and brown. stainless steal appliances.

    I would play off the warm maple, and make it a warm color like orange or gold.

    can't go wrong with crisp white! and you can bleach them if they get stained.
