No, I think that Noah recycled his plastics and aluminum, and rode a bicycle to work, as well as planting two saplings for every tree he cut, so that reduced his carbon footprint as much as possible.

Noah only cut the big trees. And God was going to flood the world, so Noah had the liberty of cutting down those trees.
