Well, for me it would be:

"Within You Without You"- Beatles (I never liked it much when I first got into the Beatles, but a couple of years later I got addicted to that song and played it in a loop!)

Baby I'm Gonna Leave You- Led Zep (I still skip it sometimes, but at least I like it now)

Run to the Hills- Iron Maiden (I HATED that song when I first heard it! Now I can actually appreciate it a little bit. I don't have the album, BTW)

I find that there are many songs that I only like after the second time. I guess your brain needs to get used to the sound.

EDIT: Yeah, George was great with his chords changes =D. In fact, I believe George's songs are very underrated.
