I am a teaser and not shy but though have many friends who are shy. I annoy them quite a lot when I take decisions for them without asking them in front of others. I also sometimes tease my shy friends in front of an "audience" and they feel quite embarassed. It's not that I deliberately tease others or take decisions for them without asking them; these are some bad habits I have.

I think it was a good idea to delete the question. If you find a way to apology to the person you annoyed, I think you should do it.
