Is there any machine that will cut felt?

I want to be able to cut small circles out the felt for eyes for my quilt. Is there any machine that can do this, so my eyes come out the same. An example of where I want to put these are are on my blog at http://www.appliquequiltdesigns.com/

Depending on the size you need, you may be able to find craft hole punches that would work. I know you can get at least 1/4" circles - not sure how much bigger. If not, you would probably need to look into a Cricut-type machine. (I assume you've checked that craft or fabric stores don't already sell them.)

If you don't mind an alternate suggestion, polar fleece might be easier to cut, either with the punch or the machine, if there's a possibility it could work for you.
