The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005) : need help!!!!!!!!!

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005) that pops up than i click ok. than nothing comes up i got a screen with my desktop pic and no icons or bar at the bottom. i press controll alt delete and go new task so i can still use it but i need to fix it up NEED HELP ????

    0xC0000005 is a access violation. Usually from a pointer not being initialized. Your software would need to be recompiled me thinks.

    pass to initiate, computer proper click on community C:rigidity,click houses click approaches mistakes-checking you need to restart for this to initiate. will take a million-3 hours. or do an finished gadget fix after saving what do not pick lost
