There are loads of different spells that work for becoming a mermaid, here is the one I know best:

1) Get a Pisces flower. This is a special kind of flower, with seven almond shaped petals that are sea-green. You should be able to find it under water, about a quarter of a mile from shore. When you have it, smash it into pulp and mix that pulp with fresh sea water. Leave out in the full moon's shine overnight.

2) Eat that mixture, and close your eyes. DO NOT OPEN THEM.

4) When you feel your get touching the sea water, keep on going until you are completely submerged. Open your eyes. Whatever you do, don't resurface until your sight darkens completely. Your legs will feel numb and you will feel tired, but don't worry, this is the process of becoming a mermaid. When you wake up, well. You'll see. ;)

Peter Jackson's special effects company once made a prosthetic device for somebody that resembled a mermaid's tail, but I don't have the link to that article. From what I can remember, the person who got it previously lost both of her legs to an accident, having to get them amputated. She always wanted to swim and came up with the idea to use a prosthetic mermaid's tail, so she called around and found that the special effects company was by far cheaper than the professional prosthetics companies. It still cost her a few thousand dollars, but apparently it works really well. Sorry I don't have the link, but maybe you can find the story yourself. Yeah, I realize this isn't a spell, but it's the closest you can come to getting what you want.

Why on earth would anyone want to become a mermaid???? I really don't understand this. Think about it. swimming for an hour or two is way different from swimming for the rest of your life. i am sure IF there was a spell, it wouldnt be easily reversible, with possible side effects. You'd also have to be specific, like making sure to ask for the protective extra eyelid, gills or a blow hole, webbed hands, stronger jaws and teeth. thats just naming a few things off the top of my head.

There aren't any spells to become a mermaid but there are spell books at bookstores that give you some features of a mermaid. (ability to breathe under water, etc.)

Sea water mermaid ritual :

-4 sea fish

-2 sea fish' gills

-a cup of sea water

-a bowl

-a knife

You have to do this in the beach area

Swim as fast as you can. If you're lucky you will find a sea cave. Sleep there and you will become a mermaid after you wake up.
