Can't surf the web and download torrent
So i just reinstalled vista on my brand new built computer. for some reason i cant surf the web when im downloading torrents...my antivirus can update, windows can update, and my aim works, but i cant surf the web using firefox or IE..i'm really confused. this has never happened before...any suggestions?

Yeah the torrent program sucks up all your bandwidth, I use uTorrent and my firefox is soooo slow, but still works, but it's one or the other you can either download or browse because they're both using the same connection.
