Rock band won't work

i have an xbox360.

when i try to lay rockband, it works but as soon as i log into my gamertag it freezes.

I also tried to signing in and then inserting the disc, but with no luck...

what should i do??

    I would make sure your Xbox is even functioning right.It could be a something you did wrong.And if your using a Xbox live account it could have a error.Make sure your paying.

    Take it back, and get a refund. It's really fun. Did you get a warrenty on it? You should always get warrenty's on your games.
