in Yahoo mail, limited dates for search results
When I search my Yahoo mail, I only get results for the last few months. Trying the advanced search option, where you can define the dates you want to search doesn't seem to help. (It looks like the advanced search options already assumes that the original search results include what I am searching for, and doesn't search beyond that).
Any ideas?

If you search answers.yahoo.com for "Yahoo Mail Search", you will discover that there are LOTS of users experiencing the exact same problem . . . including me! I first reported the problem July 11 2008. One of my 3 accounts started to work again over the weekend. I still have not received notification from Yahoo that the issue had been fixed.
Perhaps it's time to migrate to gmail.
