No. These records are confidential. there are millions, perhaps billions who would like to contact this person as well. he cant keep up wit that many calls. that doesnt mean he doesnt want to talk to you though. there may be a fan page or something, try looking it up somewhere :)
there is no way though that you will Ever get his phone number or address, like i said, hes famous, and it is strictly confidential, hence the Privacy Act.
