Top Spin 3 definitely. Virtua Tennis is very unrealistic at times, and some of the shots are preposterous. Furthermore, the career modes are boring as are the games. They get exceptionally repetitive after a while and not so fun.
Top SPin 3 is much more realistic, and there is more variety to the game. However, for sheer fun, the best game is actually the original Top Spin or Top Spin 2. Top Spin 3 is just a little TOO realistic and this can sometimes take the fun out of the game a little. TP3 is also a little slow, and therefore the older versions are more fun.

Top Spin 3. Virtua tennis games lack in gameplay as opposed to the Top Spin Series.They have better career modes and gameplay in general.
