Well if youve both been flirting then its already a good sign lol.. if she is outgoing and a bit freaky u could touch her a lot not like perverted but hugs and put ur arm around her.. try going to a movie or amusement park where u guys can be closer ! =] If she goes along with it then ur good soner or later u can ask her outt [[ to be ur girlfriend]]
