Yahoo Complaints about lack of response

Am I the only one who has problems complaining about Yahoo Personals???

1-no obvious place to complain.

2- Constantly have to sign in and give password........Irritating

3-non response. They acknowledge receiving your complaint then ignore it.

4-help section runs you around in circles when attempting to complain.

5-They continue to tell me I have messages, but they're ones that I sent.

6-You cannot delete profiles that you aren't interested in.Yahoo keeps assuming that you are trying to delete your own profiles

Update:

Look at (texas_ho) a member since July 2008 and already an expert on Yahoo Personals.

You do pay for Yahoo Personals Tex.

The problem is, I have to weed through profiles that I have already discarded in order to view new profiles.

Answers is not about numerous answers but rather about intelligent, well informed answers

Update 2:

Do you guys have any idea what "Yahoo Personals" is?

The first answer is confused, not deliberately misinforming you. There are 2 levels to the Personals -- the free level and the paid level. Many people simply assume that ALL Yahoo sites are free, which, of course, they are not.

As to your complaints, while I don't have a Yahoo Personals account to check with, there does seem to be a 'Contact Us' tab there:

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/personals/forms_i...

where you can email them, although, as you say, you may not get a response.

The 'signing in' issue may be a cache problem. Have you tried clearing your cache files and rebooting? This often helps with that type of problem. If all else fails, you can try the direct Yahoo Customer Service information:

    Yahoo Customer Service Info:

    866-562-7219 or 408-349-3300

Yahoo Personal Email: 866-492-4664 (small fee)

    Yahoo Small Business: 866-562-7219

    8am - 5pm M-F (Pacific Time)

if it's such an issue why not just use a different site? kind of hard to complain about many issues on a Free site; there are others out there- if you are that annoyed, use another one. Or how about paying for one?

i thought that texas_ho answer was intelligent and well informed enough. it's true. doesn't matter if you have to pay for for the texts or not, still cheap and sometimes you do get what you pay for. just stop paying and go to another site
