Actually found your question because I had the same dream this weekend! I woke up in a clean, beautiful room, then looked down to see the sheet make a little popup tent. Is that me, I thought? I looked under the sheet and there it was! It was good sized, very clean, and a good thickness. A little crooked, which worried me, but not much. I was enthralled. I was quiet so that I wouldn't cause attention to myself in order to be able to enjoy it longer. Don't know if I had female genitals still as well. All I could think of was how nice it would be to see what a BJ actually felt like.

Mine was actually a good dream - there was no shame in it at all. I think this is important because the content of the dream isn't nearly as important as how your dream makes you feel - regardless of what your dream is about. You may have been experiencing some anxiety or shame at something that was happening in your life at the time you had the dream. Maybe involving sex or men?

Perhaps it means:

1) You were a dude in your past life.

2) You were aroused.

3) You had a weird dream and it doesn't mean anything.

4) We all have a masculine and feminine side. Perhaps you aren't expressing your masculine side enough. Try working out or something maybe, try fixing things and being more independent.

5) If you were ashamed in the dream, try to think: Are you ashamed of anything in your real life? Maybe the 'penis' didn't represent anything sexual, perhaps it was symbolic, like it represents a part of you that you think is 'foreign' that you are afraid of.

6) Maybe you wonder what it's like to be a guy. Wondering doesn't mean you want to be a guy, it maybe means you are just curious. Maybe it means you want to understand men better.

Whatever it means I would not worry about it. Dreams are weird and in my opinion, usually just mean you have had a stressful day. If you really can't find a meaning in it, maybe it's just your mind's way of getting rid of the bad stuff, stress, anxiety, worries etc. The more important question is: What do YOU think it means? If you can't think of a logical explanation maybe it means nothing.

Are you concerned that people in your waking life people view your behavior is masculine? Or when you think of people of power do you think of men exclusively? It is my opinion that you wish you had the power you view as 'man power' and are ashamed of becoming like a man. You are ambivalent about power not sex. If this is a sexual dream you would have felt pleasure at having the coveted penis.
