i have just finished typing out everything for two nwt tank tops one from hollister and the other from american eagle and when i hit save and preview, and it has an attention seller message that says In order to help maintain a safe trading environment, selling limits are occasionally placed on listings. For this item, the site on which the item is listed must match your site of registration, and the item can only be shipped within the same country. Please go back and make the necessary changes.
I made sure it was US shipping, what am i doing wrong?

This is copied and pasted from part of your copy of Bay's message: "For this item, the site on which the item is listed must match your site of registration". Check to see what you wrote when your registered as a location.
