Has anyone heard of Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential (MAPP)?

and if so was it worth the money? I'm thinking about getting the executive package for over $100 to help me in changing careers, I would like to do this with a little more knowledge.

If you don't get what you want from Answers, you might consider seeing what you can find via a Google or Yahoo search. The link in the Source section has a fairly extensive discussion.

Understand that such a assessment may help you a lot if you are trying to decide what you want to do, but it is not very likely to be a big help in landing you a new job. By that I mean that being able to say "I have completed the MAPP executive assessment package." is not very likely to do a lot to improve your chances of getting hired in most job application situations.
