You can restore your health by running around the dungeon floor.

The easiest way to reach Master Rank is just to do missions with star rankings usually 5 stars or more. Avoid doing missions on Zero Island because that will take a longer time than other missions that you could be doing, and they are quite difficult. Once you reach Master Rank, you maximize the amount of items that can be held in the Kangaskhan Storage. You can increase your health by leveling up or eating life seeds. You get the same amount of missions. You can qualify for missions with Golden Chambers at any rank. Just look for missions saying "Help me find the Golden Chamber". You go prospecting with a Pokemon to find the Golden Chamber. Make sure you have a Drought Orb or a Fill-In Orb, or are a Water Pokemon because in order to get the treasure, you have to cross water in the Golden Chambers. There is a set amount of space that allow a Pokemon to be in your team. Gyrados, Lapras, and a couple of Legendaries take more than the normal one star of space. Look at the Chimecho Assembly Roster, and look at a Pokemon's summary, there you'll find how much space a Pokemon takes up. The maximum is 4, with 4 Pokemon taking up one star of space each. In order to have Dialga and Palkia on the same team, you have to get rid of both your main pokemon and your Partner since Dialga and Palkia are obviously larger than most Pokemon. All becoming Master Rank does is increase the Kangaskhan Storage space and saying you don't have to do missions for Points anymore.
