how do I get my money back? Has anyone rented a car with Avis?
In june I rented a car in France with Avis.I booked everything on line( included car seat).
When we got there the guy told us we had to pay for the car seat but in the receipt had to put it as a second driver (odd I know ) because car seat wasn't covered.
When we told him we already paid for it online (we even show n him our bank statement ) he told us it wasn't possible and that we had to pay which we did.
Since we came back in england I sent Avis 3 emails regarding this and never got a reply.Does anyone know how to contact them?
to shouty dad: if you haven't something clever to say ,don''t!

- 1 decade agoYou have no chance of getting your money back, it is your own fault really as you shouldn't have been stupid enough to pay a second time. LOL. ;-)
