on the top left it should say worldwide/english or maybe yours says espanol instead of english but click on english or espanol whatever it says and then click on english

You cant
But you can Post it again and when you do when You are doing to Set up Post
Make sure the setting is set to English
(Or it could be a glitch with your video)

sounds like your ip is being routed from a different country most sites like google and google based sights like you tube decides your language from your ip so if your using some software for ip anonymity that will do it or refresh your router and internet connection. good luck.
