five days off from shooting ?

took five days off from shooting, came back last night shot better than ever, what's up with that?

    may have been over analazing? i've seen many of my friend players get into their level of dead stroke, when there not even concentrating on playing, and they have no idea why, and the next day they go and try 2 recreate it, they fall in analysis paraylsis. i personally have learned just as much maybe more, off the table than on it. i know that doesn't sound right, but is very true in my case! not going to go deep into it at this time, as i don't feel very well right now. just a couple thoughts. i might add more later, if i feel up 2 it.

    You were relaxed and letting the muscle memory do the work rather than trying to control your stroke. Your arm knows what it is supposed to do and all it needs the brain for is lining up and planning out the shots.
