My cell phone network, 3, won't accept my payments.?

They have cut me off and anytime I have tried twice to pay by internet banking but they have no record of this. Who do I go to to mediate?

Update:

I'm guessing the only method they will actually accept is by direct debit, but if I set that up, they will have carte blanche to take what they want and when. I don't trust them enough for that.

Update 2:

I have tried every other method of payment except direct debit. Speaking to the Chief Exec sounds like a good plan.

Have you tried paying by my 3, either on your phone or computer? Also, if you're in the UK, are you aware that 3 are about to increase their non-direct debit charge penalty from £3 to £4 a month, as well as charging £1 for a paper bill. The only way to avoid these charges is to go on direct debit. My partner and I argued that these extra charges were unfair. We ended up speaking to a Chief Executive Officer, and all 3 of our contracts were cancelled.

If you have only "tried" to make payment then why would they have any records of this.

It will only show on their system if you have actually made a payment - which you haven't. Looks like you'll have to use another method.
