computer help???????????????

hi um im trying to play the sims super star expansion pack but its says unfound so try reinstalling it again.whats that mean or any suggestions to get it to work.thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont know if this helps but my computer is a laptop.

    You need the original sims game. You have an expansion pack. You have to install the original game first then install the expansion pack.
