Haven't read them since I was a kid but if I remember right Brother Bear is the oldest, Sister Bear is the middle cub and they have a baby sister later in the series but I don't remember what they called her.
I loved those books when I was kid. Might have to go check them out at the library tomorrow.

No brother bear is older than sister bear. There is actually a book where she is born. Brother bear grows out of his old bed and builds a new one with Papa bear in the woods, while Mama is having sister bear.
