When sending e-mails from my yahoo account I am now being ask to complete ?
the string thing to verify. I do not mind doing this every once in a while but now I have to do it after every e-mail. Have I accidentally hit something to make this happen every time and if so how do I turn it "off" or is this somekind of thing that I am going to have to live with?

You get it if you are sending to more than a few people at a time. I don't know what the "magic" number is that prompts it to ask, but at a certain point -- based on my experience probably around eight -- it makes you type it in to prohibit people from spamming.
