    Phelps, he is just completely crushing the opposition. While Woods and Jordan may be better at their sports than Phelps, Michael is definitely dominating more.

    Phelps has won the most gold medals in the Olympics - 12. Also made world records.

    Tiger has won so many games as well. He did not participate in the Olympics in order to give other golf player chances.
